House of Horrors

A community exhibition that celebrates the season! We want your art!
If you have an art creation that is autumnal, spooky, strange, weird or would fit in with a Halloween season themed world then we welcome you to take part in our exhibition event!

Artwork can be submitted by purchasing a ticket for 1, 2 or 3 pieces. You do not need to submit the artwork for approval so it does not need to be finished when you book your space/s.

Artwork must not be larger than A2.

You will need to drop off your artwork on 23rd October 2025 at 1pm – 3pm OR 5 – 8pm (Access between 3-5pm will not be possible due to a workshop).

You will need to pick up your unsold artwork on 2nd November 2025 between 11am – 6pm. We cannot store artwork past this so please bare this in mind before booking your places.

Deliver & collect artwork to/from The Artery Studios, Arch 28, Croft Walk, Worcester, WR1 3BD.

Please label the back of your artwork with your name, the artwork name & the price you want to sell for.

We can only display a small number of 3D art pieces so please contact emily@artistsclubhouse.com before booking your place/s.

Please make sure your artwork is hang-able with a hook/s, string or adhesive strips.

The price covers the organisation, set up, covering opening hours and venue hire for the exhibition.

Any sales made will be paid out to you after the event excluded any sales device fee plus a commission fee. This will total 10% of the selling price.

If you can no longer make the event please email emily@artistsclubhouse.com asap to let us know and we will try to organise a refund, the nearer the event this is then we may not be able to offer this due to needing to cover already paid for fees.

If artwork is not dropped off on the correct day (and not otherwise arranged prior to the event) then a refund will not be possible due to covering fees of the event.

If you change your mind about how many pieces you want to submit and want a refund/partial refund you will need to contact emily@artistsclubhouse.com asap, the nearer the event this is then we may not be able to offer this due to needing to cover fees.

No sexually explicit work will be displayed in the exhibition nor anything deemed offensive.

The exhibition will be curated and displayed by Artists Clubhouse.

We will do our best to take care of all artwork submitted and it will be manned at all opening times but please do think about taking out your own insurance incase of damage or theft as we will not take responsibility for this.
